Bookings

White House is booked as a whole villa per stay. A booking is confirmed only once availability has been verified by phone or WhatsApp with our team and any advance payment requested has been received. Dates submitted through the website enquiry form are requests, not confirmed bookings, until confirmed directly.

Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in and check-out timings will be confirmed at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated where possible, subject to prior request.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may vary by season and advance notice given. Please speak with our team directly for the applicable terms on your dates.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to treat the property, its furnishings and its pools with care. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their group, including any visitors invited during the stay, and for any damage caused during the booking period.

Swimming pools & safety

Pools are unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times around all three pools and the bonfire area. The property is not liable for accidents arising from guests' own conduct.

Liability

Vrindavan Group of Resorts takes reasonable care to maintain a safe property but is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for injury arising from misuse of the property or its amenities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction over any dispute.
